Sunshine Acres Ranch equestrian center is looking for: Bright eyed , bushy-tailed ,self-starters, eager-beavers, situationally aware, go-get-'em teachable, positive, non-complaining, grateful, rejoicing, get'erdone, dependable, faithful, perseverant, take-responsibility, clean-cut, all American boy or girl appearance and characteristics.  We are very discriminatory for this position, any nationality will be accepted if all qualifications match. Must be at least 18 years of age at start of internship.  Required time especially March 1 - Aug 31, however taking Apprentices all year now.  Sunday minimal chores only, Saturday normally to noon only, Monday through Friday start day with breakfast at 6, outside at 7;  lunch and dinner together when good time to break typically by noon and 5pm. Expectations:  like any experience- you will get out of it what you put into it.  We have attainable benchmarks, but they require effort and sweat.  Physically, you will be in better shape than you have ever thought possible.  Emotionally, you will know what you did today , why it is important, and feel great about it!!!
